Can you tell us a little about yourself and your role at Ladera?
My name is Eustace Augustine, and I'm the property manager of the resort for the past 41 years. And this is one of my greatest, greatest, greatest pleasures in life. I can call this my home, my university, and my church.
How did you first experience Ladera?
I was a little boy about two miles away from here and where we were living. We could see the Pitons from a distance. We would be fishing with my father between the two Pitons.
What makes Ladera a unique experience?
Ladera delivers a lot of love. The guests live with us for a week because we show them love. There are a lot of positive things, I assure you here, because we are having a lot of repeat guests. We treat them like our parents, our friends and our people.
