What makes Ladera a unique experience?
What's special about Ladera is our unique location. We are located on the ridge, it is only one of its kind on the island. Ladera is the one and only resort located on a World Heritage site.
What is your most memorable guest experience?
My most memorable guest experience was when we had welcomed a newlywed couple on their honeymoon. The husband had booked the trip and it was to surprise his new wife. She did not know where she was headed and didn't know what to expect until she got to the suites and she was captivated by the view. Her expression was priceless. She actually reached out to see whether the view was real. Then she cried. We had to show some support and hold her because she just couldn't believe it
