• Rates are in US Dollars based on single/double occupancy per night, and subject to a 10% service charge and 8% government tax. Rates include breakfast, afternoon tea, full use of the resort facilities, complimentary beach shuttle and use of snorkelling equipment.
  
  
• Meals Plans - All-inclusive supplement US $165 per person per day plus 18% tax and gratuity, includes 3 meals per day, afternoon tea, all drinks by the glass (bottled wines and champagne not included). A surcharge for lobster applies according to availability. Lunch and dinner supplement US $100 per person per day plus 18% tax and gratuity. Meal plans available for purchase on property only and for a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
  
• Children - Ladera is an adult resort and does not accept children under the age of 15. NOTE: During Christmas - New Year (December 21 - January 2), Families with children ages 7 to 14 are welcome for the holidays free of charge for accommodation.
  
  
• Minimum stay - all categories 7 nights, Christmas -New Year December 21, 2007 -January 02, 2008 . A 3 nights minimum stay for all categories for winter season, except Hilltop Dream suites, 5 nights Winter Season January 3, - April 30, 2008
  
  
• Deposit - a deposit of two nights room charge is required to guarantee your booking.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy - Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we are forced to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. A cancellation charge, equal to two nights accommodation will be charged for cancellations made later than 21 days prior to date of arrival. For guests departing prior to their departure date, we reserve the right to charge an early departure fee equal to two night's room accommodation. We encourage guests to take travel insurance to cover against cancellations or date changes in unforeseen circumstances, as we are unable to refund deposits for any reason within the cancellation policy.
  
  
• Transfers - airport transfers are arranged by Ladera at the following rates: GFL Charles Airport (SLU) to or from US $90 per couple one way / Hewanorra Airport (UVF) to or from US $90 per couple, one way. Special arrangements can be made in advance for a daylight Water Taxi transfer from GFL Charles Airport to or from, US $200 per couple one way. These prices are subject to change without notice.
