Rates - are in US Dollars per person double occupancy, and subject to a 10% service charge and 8% government tax. Rates include full use of the resort facilities, complimentary beach shuttle and use of snorkelling equipment.
All-inclusive - Package includes: accommodation, daily breakfast, lunch, & dinner, afternoon Tea; all beverages (excl. bottled champagne & wine; surcharge for lobster, one relaxing spa treatment per person (Manicure & Pedicure or Swedish massage or Anti Stress Massage, stocked servi bar, and airport transfers return.
Children - Ladera is an adult resort and does not accept children under the age of 15.
Note: During Christmas - New Years (Dec.21- Jan.2), families with children ages 7 – 14 are welcome free of charge for accommodation.
Minimum stay - all categories 7 nights for Christmas -New Year December 21, 2008 -January 02, 2009. A 3 nights minimum stay for all categories for winter season, except Hilltop Dream suites, 5 nights during Winter Season January 3, - April 30, 2009
Deposit - a deposit of two nights room charge is required to guarantee your booking.
Cancellation Policy - Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we are forced to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. A cancellation charge, equal to two nights accommodation will be charged for cancellations made later than 30 days prior to date of arrival during Christmas / New Year and Winter Season and 21 days prior to date during Spring / Autumn and Summer seasons. For guests departing prior to their departure date, we reserve the right to charge an early departure fee equal to two night's room accommodation. We encourage guests to take travel insurance to cover against cancellations or date changes in unforeseen circumstances, as we are unable to refund deposits for any reason within the cancellation policy.
